MANSFIELD — Douglas Daulbaugh, 64, of Mansfield, passed away at his residence.
He was born Dec. 14, 1952, in Lima to William D. and Mildred (Killian) Daulbaugh, who preceded him in death.
include two daughters, Dionna (Cory) Noonan of Lima and Casey Daulbaugh
of Bowling Green; one son, Derek Daulbaugh of Delphos; two
grandchildren, Zachary and Alexa Noonan; one sister, Susan (Charlie)
Wilkin; one sister-in-law, Linda Daulbaugh; an uncle, Richard (Susan)
Daulbaugh; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Bill Daulbaugh; and a great-niece, Aubrey Lynn Klausing.
worked for Drug Free Sport, which allowed him to work closely with the
Cleveland Browns, where he had the opportunity to establish personal
relationships with staff and players at the facility. He was an active
member of the local Moose Lodge and VFW. He loved to sit on his deck
while enjoying the outdoors. He was very active with his family,
coaching his children in their athletic endeavors and watching his
grandchildren in their activities.
Doug will be remembered for
being fun and for his humorous personality, enjoying life to the fullest
and living life “ his way.” He was an avid Bengals fan as well.
services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Harter and Schier Funeral
Home, the Reverend Rich Rakay officiating. Burial will be at a later
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Fridasy.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Lexington.
