City decked out for Christmas season

hanging-bows.jpgCity workers and volunteers from Crop Production Services spread some Christmas cheer Monday. Above: City worker Mike Stemen places big red bows on the tree at the Delphos Post Office.  The Delphos Hometown Christmas will begin at 5 p.m. Friday with the Delphos EMS Ham and Bean Supper. Mayor Mike Gallmeier will officially light the tree at the post office at 6:15 p.m. and the parade steps off at 6:30 p.m. from St. John’s Elementary. Santa and the newly-elected parade marshal elf will arrive at the chamber office to hear children’s wishes. Letters to Santa, Christmas caroling, carriage rides and more will also be included.
