Xander Reed Lowe, 14 months, of Van Wert, died at 12:03 p.m. on Thursday, at Van Wert County Hospital from complications of Cystic Fibrosis.
He was born on Sept. 14, 2008, at St. Rita’s Medical Center to Ronald Herbert and Jana Marie (Lape) Lowe II of Van Wert.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Robinson officiating.
Friends may call from 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday at funeral home.
