Putnam libraries plan Family Fun holiday celebrations

The Putnam County District Library will have holiday celebrations at all locations throughout the county.
All families are welcome and may bring a camera for pictures with Santa.
Programs are sponsored by the Putnam County Friends of the Library.
The schedule is as follows:
— 4 p.m. Dec. 1 at the Kalida location  (with Santa visit)
— 6:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Ottawa location at the ESC Assembly Hall (Santa & Grinch visit, crafts and a holiday movie)
— 6:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Fort Jennings location (with Santa visit)
— 1-3 p.m. Dec. 5 at Leipsic Edwards-Gamper Memorial location (with Santa visit)
— 6:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Ottoville-Monterey Twp. location (with Santa visit)
— 3-6 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Columbus Grove location “open house” (Santa visit from 3:15 - 3:45 p.m.)
— 3-6 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Pandora-Riley location  “open house”
— 3-6 p.m. Dec. 17 at the Continental location  “open house” (Santa visit from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.)

Decorating for Christmas
The Putnam County District Library Columbus Grove location will host “Decorating for Christmas” at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at 6:30 p.m.
This program is presented by Jackie Meyer from “Jacqueline’s Floral & Gifts” of Columbus Grove.  Meyer will be demonstrating helpful tips on how to make your tree look fuller without spending a bundle, decorated Christmas wreaths, and ideas to spruce up your home for the holidays.
