Margaret L. Eilerman

Margaret L. Eilerman, 97, of Delphos and formerly of Lima, died at 3:50 p.m. Thursday at Baton Rouge Senior Health Services Community in Lima.
She was born Jan. 30, 1912, in Toledo, to Francis and Lenora (Ufheil) Dibling.
She was married to Leonard Eilerman, who died in November 1967.
Survivors include daughters Barbara (Steve) Gamble and Mary Jane (Gene) Mead of Lima, Janet (James) Schafer of Cincinnati, Joyce Klausing of Delphos, Joan Wright of Indianapolis and Sue (Barry) Auer of Cincinnati; daughter-in-law Janet (McDonald) Eilerman of Lima; 36 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Joseph Eilerman.
Mrs. Eilerman was a member of St. Charles Boromeo Catholic Church, the Altar Rosary Society, BP Quarter Century Club and Daughters of Isabella. She was a homemaker who worked for 21 years in the cost accounting department of Davidson Enamel. She retired from Vistron in 1977 after nine years in its accounting department.
Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Charles Boromeo Catholic Church in Lima, the Rev. Stephen Blum officiating. Burial will follow in Gethsemani Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the Chiles-Laman Funeral Home Shawnee Chapel, where a Rosary service starts at 8 p.m.
