The  Humane Society of Allen County has many pets waiting for adoption. Each comes with a spay or neuter, first shots and a heartworm test.
The Humane Society is located at 3606 Elida Road, Lima, and can be contacted at 419-991-1775.

Following pets are available for adoption through The Animal Protective League in Van Wert.

Cats:

Janell is a real sweetheart. She is a 3 year old domestic short hair with a very nice temperament. She will be a wonderful lap kitty.6-year-old fixed front declawed Siamese Blue Point female
3-year-old fixed, front declawed female with gold eyes
Annie - 3-year-old spayed Calico
Mallow - 2-year-old semi-long-haired white/black male
5-year-old black declawed and spayed female

Kittens:
3-month-old wormed black tiger female
6-week-old wormed tiger female
4-month-old gray and white female
4-month-old long-haired Calico

Dogs:

Molly is a 7 year old Jack Russell/ Beagle mix. She knows all her obedience commands but she’s a little rusty on them. She just need a little work and she would be perfect. She would do better in a home with adults only and she’s good with cats.Lanie - 4-year-old medium-sized tan Lab
Cocoa - 1-year-old chocolate Lab female
Turbo - 2-year-old black Lab male
