Library sets kids’ programs

Due to parent/teacher conferences, the Delphos Public Library has children’s programs scheduled for Nov. 12 and 13.
Rita Thelan, naturalist with the Johnny Appleseed Parks, will present “How Do Animals Spend the Winter?” from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Nov. 12.
Thelan will talk about animals indigenous to northwest Ohio who adapt, hibernate or migrate at this time of year.
Registration for the program is underway and is open to kids in grades K-5.
The movie “Race to Witch Mountain” will be shown at 2 p.m. on Nov. 13.
It is rated PG and lasts 99 minutes. No registration is required for the movie and children are invited to bring a snack. A caregiver must accompany children 6 and under.
Parents are responsible to review the content of the movie.
Stop by or call the library at 419-695-4015 to sign up or with questions.
