Art and Pat (Horstman) Rode of Landeck will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Nov. 7.
They were married on Nov. 7, 1959, at St. Barbara’s Catholic Church in Cloverdale, the Rev. Louis Huffman officiating.
They are the parents of five children: Cheryl (Tom) Beining of Ottoville; Gary (Elaine) Rode of Landeck; Denise (Ron) Schnipke of Glandorf; Teresa (Phil) Wurst of Fort Jennings; and Sandy (Denny) Berelsman of Landeck. They also have 21 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Mr. Rode is retired from Federal Mogul. Mrs. Rode is employed with Delphos City Schools.
