Omer and Alice Ricker will observe 50 years of marriage on Oct. 24.
To celebrate, a Mass of Thanksgiving will be held on Oct. 24 at St. Joseph Catholic Chuch in Fort Jennings. A dinner will follow.
Omer and Alice Osting were married on that date in 1959 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the Msgr. Carl F. Reineck officiating.
They are the parents of Shirley (Larry) Hammond and Jan (Bill) Warnecke of Delphos. They also have five grandchildren, Alissa and Traci Hammond and Wesley, Troy and Cody Warnecke.
Omer is retired from Frito-Lay and Alice is retired from The Delphos Herald.
