Mr. and Mrs. Robert McNamee of Delphos will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Saturday.
Bob and the former Janet Bird were married on Oct. 17, 1959, at Evangelical United Brethren Church in Muncie, Ind., the Rev Randall Campbell officiating.
They are the parents of a son, Robert (Marcia) McNamee Jr. of Delphos; and a daughter, Cheryl (David) Clark of Delphos. They also have six grandchildren, Amy, Adam and Sarah Clark; and Mike, Matt and Stephanie McNamee.
Bob is semi-retired from the Allen County Clerk of Courts Office. Janet is retired from the Allen County Recorder’s Office.
