Veterans Council receives gift for Civil War statue upkeep

Rick Schuck, left, secretary of the Veterans Council, receives a check for $500 from Grant Bates, representing the National Organization of the Sons of the Union Veterans of the Civil War. The donation is to help with the cost of maintaining the Civil War statue.
