Library offers jewelry workshop

Make your own necklace under the  supervision of Leann Miller Pullum at 6 p.m. July 16 at the Delphos Public Library.
Examples of the necklaces are on display at the library.
Teens and adults are welcome.
There is a limit of 25 participants and registration is required.
$5 is due day of program.
