Melvin and June Gable of Delphos recently celebrated 40 years of marriage with a Mass and renewal of their marriage vows at St. John the Evangelist Church.
A family dinner followed.
Melvin and June Heitmeyer married May 30, 1969, at Ottoville Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
They are the parents of Clint (Diane) Gable of Delphos, Mike (Vina) Gable of Tulsa, Okla., and Kim (Dustin) Hostetler of Wooster. They also have five grandchildren, Elle and Camden Gable, Trevor and Joshua Gable and Austin Hostetler.
