Lloyd E. Adkins, 66, of Spencerville, died at 7:31 a.m. Tuesday at his residence.
He was born Sept. 15, 1942, in Cedar Grove, W.Va. to Ed and Eva Adkins.
On Nov. 24, 1979, he married Lana Kay Michael, who survives.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville, the Rev. Andrew Adkins officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials are to the Roselawn Manor Activities Fund in care of the funeral home.
