More than 150 children, siblings and adults enjoyed the Delphos Public Library’s Summer Reading Program finale at the Delphos Swimming Pool Thursday evening. To qualify for the event, children had to read at least 90 minutes a week or 540 minutes total during the six-week program and turn in a reading journal.  Someone brought their remote control boat to the party which was a real crowd pleaser.
