Jerry and Angie Hohlbein of Ottoville celebrated 50 years of marriage Saturday with an open house at the Ottoville Parish Center.
Jerry and Angie Mueller were married July 12, 1958, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Landeck by the Rev. Robert Knoepfle.
They are the parents of Dennis Hohlbein of Crawfordsville, Ind., Denise (Joe) Wueller of Lima, Deanna (Mark) Odenweller of Ottoville, Darla (Keith) Willett of Ladoga, Ind., and Debra (Chris) Schassberger of Monroe, Mich.
Their grandchildren are Lindsey Hohlbein Zurawski, Alex and Craig Odenweller, Jordanne Willett and Owen and Claire Schassberger.
Mr. Hohlbein is Ottoville’s former mayor and owner and operator of Jerry’s Barber and Styling Services. Mrs. Hohlbein is retired from Van Wert County Hospital.
