Elizabeth Ann Burgei and Derek Joseph Bevis were united in marriage Sept. 15, 2007 at All Occasions in an outdoor ceremony in Waldo by the Rev. Jeremy Geissiner.
The bride is the daughter of Larry and Donna Burgei of Delphos and the groom is the son of Kenneth and Teresa Bevis of Richwood.
Maid of honor was Emily Burgei of Delphos, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids included Chelsea Bevis of Richwood, sister of the groom; Sarah Burgei and Tiffany Miller of Delphos, cousins of the bride; and Michelle Heitz of Delphos, friend of the couple.
Flower girls were Brooke and Toric Bockey of Spencerville, cousins of the bride.
Best man was Jarid Andrews of Marysville, friend of the couple.
Groomsmen included Tim Hamilton of Raymond, friend of the couple; Kevin Burgei of Delphos, brother of the bride; Robert and Sam Bevis of Richwood, brothers of the groom; and Dax Clappsaddle of Columbus, friend of the couple.
The bride’s grandparents are Orville and Ethel Burgei and the late Cleo and Helen Brinkman. The groom’s grandparents are Richard and Carmen Pine, Audrey Bevis and the late Fay Bevis and Richard and Marian Blair.
A reception followed the ceremony. Following a wedding trip to Ormand Beach, Fla., the couple reside in Richwood.
The bride is a graduate of St. John’s High School and Apollo Career Center. She is employed with Marion General Hospital.
The groom is a graduate of North Union High School and Marion Technical College. He is employed with Transportation Research Center.
