Susan Ann Kimmet

Susan Ann Kimmet, 52, of Glandorf, died at 1 a.m. Monday at her residence.
She was born Dec. 29, 1955, in Lima, to Vincent and Mildred (Kaufman) Brinkman. Her mother survives in Glandorf.
On Nov. 5, 1977, she married David Kimmet, who also survives in Glandorf.
Other survivors include sons Douglas (Julie) Kimmet of Ottawa and Michael Kimmet of Glandorf; daughter Julie Kimmet of Columbus; sister Mary Joe (Darrell) Neuenschwander of Coldwater, Mich.; brothers Bill (Suzy) Brinkman of Glandorf, Thomas (Janice) Brinkman of Acworth, Ga., Alan (Kathy) Brinkman of Marion and Dave (Nancy Nadler) Brinkman of Glandorf; and a granddaughter, Kaitlyn Kimmet and one grandchild on the way.
Mrs. Kimmet was a registered nurse who worked for Putnam County Home Care and Hospice and had worked for St. Rita’s Medical Center from 1976-1989. She was a 1974 Ottawa-Glandorf High School and 1976 graduate of Mercy School of Nursing in Toledo. She held membership with St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Society.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf, the Rev. Harold Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today and 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Love Funeral Home in Ottawa, where a parish rosary will begin at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Preferred memorials are to Putnam County Home Care and Hospice or donor’s choice.
