Peak offering sports physicals

Peak Fitness and Performance has scheduled its free sports physicals for the 2008-09 school year.
Jefferson’s is scheduled for May 12 and St. John’s for May 14: freshmen, 5:30-6:15 p.m.; sophomores, 6:15-7 p.m.; juniors, 7-7:45 p.m.; and seniors, 7:45-8:30 p.m.
Fort Jennings is slated for May 12 (freshmen, 6:15-7 p.m.; sophomores, 7-7:45 p.m.) and May 14 (juniors, 6:15-7 p.m.; seniors, 7-7:45 p.m.).
Forms are available at each school’s office and must be completed and signed by a parent.
Dr. Jerry Burgei will be conducting a mouth-guard clinic from 5:30-8:30 p.m. both days for those who want one; it is a 2-appointment process and cost is $10.
