Marbletown Fest to have web site
DELPHOS — Members of the Marbletown Festival Committee met Thursday evening and proceeded on plans to activate the web site. Jefferson High School students have volunteered to set up the web site, which will be delphosmarbletown.com.
Orders were placed for souvenir can cozies which will feature the Marbletown logo on the side and the web site address on the bottom of the cozies.
A list of local talent who have agreed to perform at the Main Events Tent was listed. Any others who would like to provide music for the event should contact Jim Knebel at 419-695-2247 by May 15.
Recipes are still needed for a cookbook. Those wishing to submit a family recipe should contact Kathy Gengler at kathytealady@aol by May 15.
Family and business histories are still being accepted if there is enough interest to make an addition to the Marbletown History book. Release forms are available at the Delphos Public Library and deadline is May 15. Copies of historical items and the release form should be sent to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 335 S. Main St., Delphos. Items featuring veterans can also be submitted for display at Marble Hall.
