Sarah Jane in top 25 nursing homes in family survey

Sarah Jane Living Center in Delphos has been named one of the “Top 25 Nursing Homes for Family Satisfaction” in a recent survey.
“I am very glad the families have recognized our compassionate and caring staff. They treat the residents as if they were their own family members,” Sarah Jane Living Center Administrator Ginnie Hellman said today.
Sarah Jane score 95 of a possible 100 points in the annual survey that puts the results in the hands of families of patients. More than 24,500 family members participated in scoring 630 facilities statewide.
“We have a very special and dedicated staff,” Nursing Director Sandy Wannemacher added. “They are focused on the comfort and safety of our patients as well as their families.”
The family satisfaction survey was conducted between June and December by the Scripps Gerontology Center  of Miami University on behalf of the Department of Aging.
