Pet Corner

The Humane Society of Allen County has many pets waiting to be adopted. Each comes with a spay or neuter, first shots, and a heartworm test.

The Animal Protective League has available for adoption the following pets:

Cocoa is male guinea pig who would love a home.

CATS
Adult cats and 10-week-old and older kittens, box trained;
“Poot,” 10-months-old female cat;
“Boots,” gray/white declawed box trained cat;
“Johnny,” 2-year-old neutered male, declawed two feet;
“Emma,” 2-year-old spayed female, declawed two feet;
“Willow,” 5-year-old spayed female, gray cat;
“Tiger,” 1 1/2 neutered male, tiger/white cat;
“Bubbie,” 9-month-old neutered male tiger cat;
“Smokey,” 2-year-old spayed female, declawed 4 feet.

DOGS
One-year-old neutered male, part border collie;
“Cocoa,” 5-year-old spayed female Akida/lab.

Ginger is a 2-year-old tri-colored mixed breed. She needs a quiet home because she attaches to one person.
