Bulldogs freeze Polar Bears
COLUMBUS GROVE — Columbus Grove’s volleyball team downed Hardin Northern 25-22, 25-16, 25-11 in non-conference action Thursday in Columbus Grove.
“We started off slow and inconsistent in game 1; we gave them 22 points off of errors,” Grove coach Jody Benda said. “In game 2, we offered a bit more consistency and inspired play. Errors are killing us right now and we are giving away easy points to our opponents. Once the early-season errors decrease, matches will definitely prove less stressful for players and coaches.”
