Cowan joins Spherion as VP of business development

LIMA — Robert and Grace Schulte, owners of the Schulte group of companies, has announced Judith M. Cowan will be joining their company as vice president of Business Development.
Cowan is the former Governor’s Regional Economic Development Representative for the Ohio Department of Development.
“We are very pleased that Judy has decided to work for us.  She brings a wealth of experience in working with the major employers of West Central Ohio,” Bob Schulte said.
“It’s very exciting to embark on a new career that allows me to maintain a working relationship with the companies in this region.
