Dawn Klausing, 41, of Kapolei, Hawaii died Tuesday June 26 in Moose Pass, Alaska, from injuries sustained in an RV accident while on vacation.
She was born on July 5, 1965 to Richard and Miriam Sarae. Her mother survives in Pearl City, Hawaii.
On Aug. 31, 1996, she married Jeffrey Klausing in Las Vegas, N.V. He died as a result of the same accident.
Surviving are two children, Kaylie Klausing and Kyle Klausing of Kapolei, Hawaii, and several aunts and cousins.
Mrs. Klausing was a department head for the United States Government working in computer software.
Burial will be in Punch Bowl National Cemetery in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Memorial Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Frurip-May Funeral Home at 309 West Michigan St., LaGrange, IN., with the Rev. James Simpson officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to services time at the funeral home.
Memorials may be contributed to the Veterans Hospital.
