Cheryl K. Gibson, 59, of Delphos, died at 11:45 a.m. Monday at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born April 27, 1948, in Van Wert, to Evelyn (Best) Jones and Harley Bryant. Her father survives in Indianapolis.
In 1981, she married Amos Gibson of Delphos.
Survivors include sons Doug (Julie) Fitch and Jeff (Belinda) Fitch of Delphos and Rick (Marissa) Fitch of Sherwood; daughter Nikole Miller of Auburn, Ind.; sister Deb (Dan) Hickman of Edon; brothers Dan (Sue) Jones of Delphos and John (Carol) Jones of Elida; and 14 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Melvin Jones.
Mrs. Gibson was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, quilting and crocheting.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pike Run Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where a parish wake will be held Wednesday.
