Deborah S. Edgecomb, 57, of Rockford, died at 12:05 p.m. Sunday at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born Nov. 6, 1949, in Allen County, to Bernard C. and Mabel A. (Hindenlang) Stant, who are deceased.
She was married to Jack L. Edgecomb, who survives in Rockford.
Other survivors include three sons, Scott (Demia) Edgecomb of St. Marys, Jason Edgecomb of Rockford and Mark Edgecomb of St. Mary’s; one brother, Mike (Darlene) Stant of Trinity, Ala.; one sister, Melody (Les) Line of Fort Jennings; and three grandchildren Jesse, Katie and Megan Edgecomb.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Randall Stant; and a sister Kay Best.
Mrs. Edgecomb was a housewife and a great cook. She received the Betty Crocker Award in high school. She also enjoyed reading and sewing.
Funeral services will at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, the Rev. Dan Eaton officiating. Private burial will be held at a later date.
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
