Lynette Renee Elwer and Cory Michael Haehn were united in marriage Oct. 28 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the Rev. Todd Dominique officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bob and Deb Elwer of Delphos. The groom is the son of Art and Sue Haehn of Delphos.

Nuptial music was provided by vocalists Allison Suever and Julia Wittler and organist Laura Warnement.

Maid of honor was Sarah Goedde of Delphos, cousin of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Chrissy Elwer, Jaime Elwer and Chris Elwer of Delphos, sisters-in-law of the bride; Amanda Elwer and Erin Burgeiof Delphos, friends of the bride; Jackie Crissinger of Cleveland, friend of the bride, Stacia Grose of Van Wert, friend of the bride; and Cassie Waltmire of Defiance, friend of the bride.

Junior bridesmaid was Kylee Haehn of Delphos, niece of the groom; baby bridesmaid was Maya Elwer of Delphos, goddaughter of the bride; and the miniature bride was Halle Elwer of Delphos, goddaughter of the bride.

Flower girl was Hannah Elwer of Delphos, niece of the bride.

Ring bearers were Troy Elwer of Delphos, nephew of the bride; and Hunter Haehn of Delphos, nephew of the groom.

Best man was Kevin Deitering of Delphos, friend of the groom.

Groomsmen included Scott, Todd and Aaron Elwer of Delphos, brothers of the bride; Danny Haehn and Billy Haehn of Delphos, brothers of the groom; and Ryan Kriegel, Joe Tucker and Jimmie Mox of Delphos, friends of the groom.

Junior groomsman was Landon Elwer of Delphos, nephew of the bride; miniature groom was D.J. Haehn of Delphos, nephew of the groom.

Grandparents of the couple are Mildred Elwer, Norma Goedde, Fae Haehn, the late Lloyd and Leona Butler, the late Lewis Elwer, the late John Goedde and the late Arthur Haehn Sr.

A reception was held at the Knights of Columbus hall in Delphos.

Following a wedding trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple reside in Delphos.

The bride is a graduate of St. John’s High School and Bowling Green State University. She is employed as a freshman religion and biology teacher with St. John’s High School.

The groom is a Jefferson High School graduate who is employed as a branch manager with United Equity in Spencerville.
